Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb is seeking a Senior Manager, Operations Supply Planner in Ireland to lead supply planning across external manufacturing and internal sites. You will manage supply strategies, create and execute plans, and address risks affecting product availability.

You will collaborate with global and local teams, utilize SAP and other tools to optimize MRP, and drive continuous improvement in planning processes while ensuring compliance with pharma regulations and budget considerations.

Qualifications

• Min. 2 years of experience in supply chain management, preferably global/pharma.
• Strong knowledge of supply chain operations and planning.
• Expertise in ERP systems (SAP, Rapid Response) and data analysis tools.
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Understanding of regulatory requirements in pharma (cGMP, FDA, EMA).

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage supply plans for materials across product portfolios.
• Coordinate with internal/external manufacturing sites to balance service and efficiency.
• Maintain accurate inventory levels and up-to-date POs for Drug Substance/Drug Product/Finished goods.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation with stakeholders.
• Monitor demand changes and adjust production schedules accordingly.
• Track KPIs, inventory compliance, and PO accuracy.
