Job summary

Stryker Group in Cork is seeking a Supply Planning Manager to lead the supply planning function in a manufacturing environment. You will balance demand, inventory, capacity and cost while ensuring timely product availability.

You will collaborate with Manufacturing, Procurement, IOM, Warehousing and Commercial teams to develop robust supply plans, manage risks and drive continuous improvement. This role is based in Tullagreen, Cork.

Qualifications

5 years in supply planning or related manufacturing planning roles.
Experience leading a planning team.
Strong knowledge of MRP/ERP and inventory planning.
Experience leading S&OP/IBP processes.
Analytical, problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Responsibilities

Lead development and execution of supply/production plans aligned to demand and capacity.
Develop and manage the Supply Planning team with clear priorities.
Identify and manage material shortages, capacity constraints and risks.
Communicate supply risks to senior stakeholders clearly.
Optimise inventory while maintaining service targets.
Support S&OP/IBP processes with analysis of supply, capacity and inventory.
Ensure availability with Manufacturing and Procurement.
Monitor KPIs and drive corrective actions.
Drive improvements to planning processes, systems and ways of working.
Utilise ERP/MRP data accurately for planning.
