Job summary

Next Generation is seeking a Senior Supply Chain Specialist for its Irish manufacturing site. You will own end-to-end supply chain across planning, procurement and logistics, ensuring on-time, in-full delivery while protecting working capital.

The role demands hands-on leadership, 5+ years in food manufacturing supply chains, experience with SAP Business One, and proven ability to coordinate with suppliers, QA and 3PL providers.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' supply chain experience in food manufacturing or similar batch-controlled environment.
• Hands-on experience across planning, procurement and logistics.
• Experience in SAP Business One (MRP, purchasing, inventory) and audited environments.

Responsibilities

• Own sales forecast process and convert demand into a feasible supply plan.
• Lead production planning across weekly, monthly, quarterly horizons.
• Manage supplier relationships, lead times and 3PL/logistics.
• Monitor KPI and maintain on-time delivery and inventory targets.
