Job summary

Northern Trust, a global leader in wealth management and asset servicing, seeks a senior paralegal/paralegal to support its EMEA asset servicing businesses from Limerick. The role liaises with the Assistant General Counsel and supports fund services, global custody, depository and related services across EMEA.

Responsibilities

• Work with advisory lawyers on playbooks, checklists and guidance notes, reviewing and maintaining them.
• Review marketing materials and contractual obligations; assist with privacy incidents.
• Draft and review legal documents including NDAs, intercompany and amendment agreements; review market standard terms.
• Prepare execution versions and coordinate signings using e-billing and settlement workflows.
• Conduct preliminary legal research to support advice and recommendations; help develop AI legal agents.
