Job summary

Northern Trust is seeking an Associate Relationship Manager in Limerick to support Depositary Services across EMEA. You will manage client relationships, deliver timely reporting to fund boards, and assist with regulatory compliance and governance requirements.

You will work within a collaborative, high‑performing team, coordinating with global custodians and internal stakeholders, to ensure accurate MI and smooth delivery of depositary services.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and the ability to work across multi-team structures.
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills with fund knowledge.
• Understanding of Irish fund regulations and depositary/trustee requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist in management and maintenance of client relationships for allocated accounts.
• Produce monthly and quarterly client reporting to fund boards and committees.
• Review fund documentation and monitor investment restrictions and risk reporting.
• Support on-going monitoring of global custodians / prime brokers.
• Contribute to deposits-related projects and MI submissions.
