The candidate will develop supply plans, optimize production schedules, and leverage ERP tools like SAP and Rapid Response to support the MRP process. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Min. 1 year of experience in supply chain management.
• Knowledge of supply chain operations.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Rapid Response) and related data analysis tools preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Base understanding of regulatory requirements in pharmaceutical industry (cGMP, FDA, EMA).
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage supply plans for materials related to product portfolios.
• Coordinate with internal and external manufacturing sites to balance customer service with efficiency.
• Maintain accurate inventory levels and ensure POs are up to date for Drug Substance, Drug Product and Finished Goods.
• Build and maintain relationships with global and local supply chain teams and market stakeholders.
• Attend supply chain meetings to align on customer requirements and consumption plans.
• Use ERP systems (SAP) to manage demand propagation and supply requirements.
• Monitor changes in demand and adjust production plans with stakeholders.
• Identify and resolve supply constraints with relevant teams.
• Track and report KPIs such as backorders, inventory compliance, and PO accuracy.
• Contribute to stock overviews and risk assessments; support improvements and new product introductions.
