Stryker in Ireland is seeking a Supply Planning Specialist for a 12-month fixed-term contract. You will build the Master Resource Plan and capacity plans to cover demand signals across the plant and keep raw materials and components available to meet the plan.

Formación

• Degree level in Business/Engineering/Supply Chain management.
• APICS accreditation or professional supply chain credential.
• English required; another language preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Create a Master Resource Plan covering 24 months based on the latest demand signal.
• Develop capacity plans to identify bottlenecks and mitigate risks.
• Capable of developing a supply plan across multiple sites as franchise maturity develops.
• Participate in cross-functional teams to build capability and optimal solutions.
• Set inventory levels with safety stock strategies and cash investment considerations.
• Financially evaluate the supply plan with stakeholders to balance availability and cost.
• Track execution of the supply plan with scheduling and buying; mitigate back orders and communicate risks.
• Phased-in / phased-out products and portfolio communication from supply planning perspective.
• Maintain core master-data in supply planning systems to focus on real issues.
• KPIs: Supply Plan Attainment, Safety Stock Health, Capacity Utilization, Back order, Lead time.
• Root-cause performance issues and implement corrective actions.
