Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb is seeking a Manager, Execution Planner to support end-to-end supply planning for external and internal sites. You will develop supply strategies, create and execute plans, and report risks affecting product availability.

Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of experience in supply chain management.
Knowledge of supply chain operations in manufacturing/pharma environments.
Expertise in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Rapid Response) and data analysis tools.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

Develop and manage supply plans for materials across product portfolios.
Coordinate with internal and external manufacturing sites to balance service with efficiency.
Maintain accurate inventory levels and ensure POs are up to date for Drug Substance, Drug Product, and Finished Goods.
Track and report KPI like backorders, inventory compliance, and PO accuracy.
Contribute to risk assessment, root cause analysis, and monthly/quarterly stock reviews.
Participate in supply chain improvement projects and new product introductions.
