Job summary

HarbourVest Partners in Ireland seeks an experienced operations professional to coordinate end-to-end fund product operations, working with TPAs to ensure governance and service delivery. You will drive improvements across processes, controls and cross-functional teams while maintaining strong vendor relationships.

The ideal candidate will bring fund operations expertise, relationship-management capabilities, and a structured approach to operational governance to support strategic initiatives

Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of fund operations including NAV oversight and fund accounting.
• Experience with third-party administrators in asset servicing.
• Strong relationship management and stakeholder influencing abilities.
• Excellent communication and ability to convey complex issues clearly.
• Highly organized with ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with strategic partners and ensure SLA adherence.
• Collaborate with Product, Operations, and Technology across regions to enhance service provider performance.
• Coordinate change management with internal and external partners to support system and process evolution.
• Translate business requirements into scalable operational solutions.
• Support quality management and align metrics across cross-functional teams.
• Identify operational risks, design improved workflows, and champion governance enhancements.
• Resolve critical issues with subject-matter experts internally and within TPAs.
• Uphold global best-practice for TPA oversight and operational governance.
• Support strategic initiatives including new product launches, platform enhancements, and governance programs.
