Job summary

HarbourVest Partners (U.K.) Limited is seeking a senior operations professional to oversee end-to-end fund operations with TPAs and internal teams. You will drive governance, improve service delivery, and manage relationships with third-party vendors globally.

The role requires deep fund operations knowledge, strong communication, and ability to lead cross-functional projects in a hybrid work environment. Degree or equivalent experience is preferred with 8–10 years in investment operations.

Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of fund operations including NAV oversight.
• Experience with third-party administrators in investment management.
• Strong relationship-management and communication skills.
• Strategic, governance-focused mindset and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Handle relationships with strategic partners and ensure SLA adherence.
• Collaborate with Product, Operations and Technology across regions.
• Coordinate change management across internal and external partners.
• Translate business requirements into scalable operational solutions.
• Support quality management and align metrics across teams.
• Identify operational risks and improve workflows.
• Resolve critical issues with subject-matter experts and TPAs.
• Uphold best-practice for TPA oversight and governance.
• Support strategic initiatives including new product launches.
