Qualifications

• Deep understanding of end-to-end operational processes with TPAs.
• Experience managing relationships with third‑party administrators in investment management.
• Ability to lead cross‑functional governance and drive improvements.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end operations of investment products with TPAs.
• Monitor SLAs and KPIs, and drive service delivery improvements.
• Partner with Product, Operations, and Technology teams across regions.
• Translate business requirements into scalable operational solutions.
• Identify operational risks and design improved workflows.
