Formación

• 10+ years in financial services, preferably private equity.
• Experience leading client onboarding teams.
• Bachelor's degree in BA/BS or Commerce.
• Strong stakeholder management and regulatory awareness.

Responsabilidades

• Direct and guide the Client Onboarding team, providing coaching and performance evaluation.
• Manage daily onboarding processes for institutional and private wealth investors.
• Ensure onboarding activities are carried out accurately and within timelines.
• Monitor team capacity, workload distribution, and performance metrics.
• Serve as a resource for complex onboarding issues and operational challenges.
• Coordinate onboarding activities with Investor Relations, Investments, Legal, Compliance, Tax, Treasury, Accounting, Marketing, and Custom Solutions.
• Review onboarding activities to ensure adherence to policies and regulatory requirements.
• Drive process improvement initiatives focused on efficiency and risk mitigation.
• Develop and maintain reporting, metrics, and dashboards to monitor onboarding outcomes.
• Manage relationships with third-party administrators and external service providers.
