Imagine stepping into a site where you’ll own day‑to‑day operations for a high-volume electronics manufacturing environment — coordinating everything from safety and quality to cost and customer experience, and shaping how the site performs for years to come.
This role oversees multiple aspects of site operations to ensure strong performance, cost efficiency and an excellent customer and employee experience. It leads day‑to‑day operations, drives continuous improvement, and keeps the business well‑coordinated, productive and aligned with company standards. The ideal candidate is an experienced operational leader with strong organisational insight — someone who can plan and manage diverse activities in a fast‑changing environment while coaching teams to a best‑in‑class standard, leading through change, and ensuring teams and processes support long‑term business and customer success.

- Align operational plans and resourcing with long‑term organisational strategy.
- Anticipate trends and challenges to strengthen operational resilience and competitive advantage.
- Balance short‑term delivery with long‑term value when prioritising initiatives.
- Manage and control operational costs proactively, without compromising quality or performance.
- Apply Agile, iterative methods to refine processes based on data, feedback and performance insight.
- Ensure all site activity complies with relevant regulations, safety standards and company policy.
- Work closely with international sister sites to drive global consistency and efficiency.
- Partner closely with HR to lead with integrity and maintain a trusting, productive environment.
Your Edge
- 5+ years in a senior leadership role within a high-volume manufacturing environment, ideally electronics / high‑tech manufacturing services.
- Knowledge across business functions — supply chain, engineering, quality, HR, EHS, security, IT.
- Strong track record working directly with business customers and building the customer relationship.
- Experience leading cross‑functional teams within a matrix organisation and contract manufacturing.
- Commercially aware, with the ability to manage operational costs for a significant OEM account.
- Demonstrated success defining and delivering operational performance and process improvement initiatives.
- Strong written and verbal communicator, able to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Confident decision‑maker, comfortable challenging others on decisions that affect the manufacturing area.
- Agile and resilient, with a growth mindset and a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Fluent English and eligible to work in Ireland.
