Job summary

SRG is seeking an experienced Site Manager to own the overall operational performance of a regulated manufacturing site. You will lead a large team, ensure safe, compliant service delivery, and build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.

You will drive continuous improvement, manage budgets and resources, mentor supervisors, and champion quality, safety, and GMP/GDP standards in a cleanroom or controlled environment.

• Monitor performance through KPIs and operational reporting.

• Knowledge of GMP, GDP, ISO standards, or other regulated industry requirements.
• Experience managing budgets and operational KPIs.
