You will lead day-to-day operations, coordinate across functions, and coach teams to a best-in-class standard in a fast-changing environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a senior operational leadership role within a high-volume manufacturing environment (ideally electronics / high-tech).
• Knowledge across supply chain, engineering, quality, HR, EHS, security, IT.
• Strong track record building customer relationships and managing OEM accounts.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams within a matrix organisation and contract manufacturing.
• Commercially aware with ability to manage operational costs for large accounts.
• Proven success delivering operational performance improvements.
• Strong written and verbal communication, able to influence stakeholders.

• Anticipate trends and challenges to strengthen resilience and competitive advantage.
• Balance short-term delivery with long-term value when prioritising initiatives.
• Manage and control operational costs proactively without compromising quality.
• Apply Agile, iterative methods to refine processes based on data and feedback.
• Ensure compliance with regulations, safety standards and company policy.
• Work with international sister sites to drive global consistency.
• Partner with HR to lead with integrity and maintain a productive environment.
