The Operations Compliance Manager (Expert level) leads complex audits, oversees local management systems, and coordinates cross-site compliance activities across the EMEA region.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in a related subject preferred.
QISBC or EHS certification preferred; lead auditor/implementer in at least one standard preferred.
Proven experience in compliance and audits preferred.

Responsibilities

Plans and leads complex compliance audits.
Acts as SPOC for COE for advanced audit activities.
Reviews audit evidence and ensures site readiness for audits.
Manages audit findings and rollout of certifications.
Develops and maintains local management system assets.
Produces advanced compliance reports with KPIs and metrics.
Leads training for standards, regulatory and reporting requirements.
Provides SME support for site stakeholders on compliance.
