Job summary

E‑Frontiers in Dublin seeks an experienced IT Audit & Regulatory Assurance Manager to join our Financial Services team. You will lead IT audit engagements across banks, payments, fintech, and regulated institutions, supporting regulatory inspections and PSD2/AML/CTF compliance.

The role involves designing risk-based audit plans, directing fieldwork, coaching junior auditors, and presenting findings to senior management and audit committees.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of IT audit/regulatory assurance experience.
• Experience with AML/CTF, PSD2, and regulatory reviews.
• Ability to manage complex audit engagements within FS sector.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of IT audit and regulatory engagements in Financial Services.
• Lead internal IT audits and regulatory reviews for banks, payment firms, fintechs.
• Lead regulator inspections on behalf of clients.
• Design risk-based audit plans focused on AML/CTF, PSD2, and payments controls.
• Oversee fieldwork, testing quality and documentation.
• Support client responses to regulatory inspections and thematic reviews.
• Draft actionable audit/regulatory reports and present findings to senior management.
