Job summary

Horizon Quantum Computing seeks an experienced Director of Business Operations to translate strategic priorities into scalable, high-quality workflows across our Ireland and Singapore offices. You will oversee day-to-day activities, ensure efficiency and audit-readiness, and scale systems and processes as the company grows.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Business Operations, Management Consulting, or GRC in high-growth deep-tech or SaaS.
• Bachelor-level degree in Business, Law, Engineering or related field; PMP/CIPP a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily company activities and translate leadership goals into scalable workflows.
• Design, implement, test, and maintain BCDR frameworks aligned with ISO 22301; manage risk and safety programs.
• Drive company-wide OKRs and translate targets into actionable team outputs.
• Develop and enforce SOPs and operational policies across all teams.
• Bridge to Chief Legal & Compliance Officer; translate privacy and export controls into workflows.
• Lead external programs and industry affiliations; manage deliverables across teams.
• Implement initiatives for high-performance environments across offices and entity setups.
• Define and iterate company policies to support technical teams and compliance.
• Continuously evaluate productivity and efficiency; analyze spend and systems for improvements.
