Job summary

PE Global is recruiting a Regional EHS Manager to oversee Safety, Environmental and Health compliance across European data centre construction projects. The role involves audits, supporting project teams and driving best practices in safety.

The successful candidate will lead safety initiatives across multiple sites, coordinate risk assessments, and ensure PPE and welfare provisions meet regulatory requirements while travelling regularly within Europe.

Qualifications

Third-level qualification in Environmental, Health & Safety or NEBOSH is essential.
Minimum of 7 years' experience managing EHS on large-scale construction projects.
Experience in data centre construction is highly desirable.
Strong knowledge of Environmental, Health & Safety legislation and best practice.
Ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

Ensure compliance with the Safety Management System across multiple projects.
Monitor adherence to Environmental, Health & Safety legislation and requirements.
Coordinate Method Statements, Risk Assessments, Safe Systems of Work, and Permit-to-Work procedures.
Lead site audits, inspections and close out corrective actions.
Deliver toolbox talks and safety training across projects.
Lead investigations and reporting of accidents and incidents.
