Job summary

Sisk Group is seeking a Project Manager - RC & Facade to lead on-site delivery of engineering projects in Ireland. You will ensure quality, safety and financial performance while coordinating across engineering, commercial, design and construction teams.

Essential qualifications include a degree in construction management, Tier 1 experience, and health and safety certification. Desirable skills include BIM proficiency and modern project management tools.

Qualifications

Proven experience managing large-scale construction projects from inception to completion.
Strong leadership and organisational skills managing teams and subcontractors.
Excellent understanding of project delivery processes including scheduling, cost control and quality management.
Knowledge of health, safety and environmental legislation and best practice.

Responsibilities

Plan, manage and deliver projects in line with agreed programme, budget and specifications.
Lead multidisciplinary teams across engineering, commercial, design and construction functions.
Monitor progress, manage risks and implement corrective actions where required.
Ensure resources are effectively allocated and project milestones are achieved.
Maintain accurate reporting on progress, costs, quality and performance indicators.
