Job summary

Sisk is seeking a Project Manager - RC & Facade to lead on-site delivery, ensuring quality, safety and financial performance across engineering projects in Ireland. You will coordinate engineering, commercial and design teams, drive programme adherence and client satisfaction while upholding HSEQS standards.

The role requires proven experience in large-scale construction, leadership, and knowledge of health, safety and environmental regulations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing large-scale construction projects from inception to completion.
• Strong leadership and organisational skills with the ability to manage teams and subcontractors.
• Excellent understanding of project delivery processes including scheduling, cost control and quality management.
• Knowledge of health, safety and environmental legislation and best practice.
• Strong communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage and deliver projects in line with agreed programme, budget and specifications.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams across engineering, commercial, design and construction functions.
• Monitor progress, manage risks and implement corrective actions where required.
• Ensure resources are effectively allocated and project milestones are achieved.
• Maintain accurate reporting on progress, costs, quality and performance indicators.
