John Sisk & Son Ltd in Ireland is seeking a Project Manager - RC & Facade to lead on-site delivery of large-scale construction projects, ensuring quality, safety and financial performance. You will coordinate engineering, design and construction teams, manage risks, and maintain robust reporting, stakeholder relations and compliance with HSEQS policies.

The successful candidate will bring proven experience in tier-1 construction, strong leadership, and a track record of delivering projects on

• Proven experience managing large-scale construction projects from inception to completion.
• Strong leadership and ability to manage cross-functional teams and subcontractors.
• Excellent knowledge of scheduling, cost control, and quality management.
• Familiarity with health, safety and environmental legislation and best practice.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, manage and deliver projects in line with programme, budget and specifications.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams across engineering, commercial, design and construction.
• Monitor progress, manage risks and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure resources are effectively allocated and milestones are achieved.
• Maintain reporting on progress, costs, quality and performance indicators.
• Lead meetings and maintain clear communication with clients, consultants and supply chain partners.
