Job summary

Sisk is seeking an experienced Project Manager - Infrastructure to lead on-site delivery of civil engineering projects in Ireland. You will manage multidisciplinary teams, ensure programme, budget and specifications are met, and uphold HSEQS standards across the project lifecycle.

Essential qualifications include a degree in Construction Management, Engineering or related discipline and evidence of leading Tier 1 projects, with health and safety certifications.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing large-scale construction projects from inception to completion.
• Strong leadership and organisational skills with the ability to manage teams and subcontractors.
• Excellent understanding of project delivery processes including scheduling, cost control and quality management.
• Knowledge of health, safety and environmental legislation and best practice.
• Strong communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage and deliver projects in line with agreed programme, budget and specifications.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams across engineering, commercial, design and construction functions.
• Monitor progress, manage risks and implement corrective actions where required.
• Ensure resources are effectively allocated and project milestones are achieved.
• Maintain accurate reporting on progress, costs, quality and performance indicators.
• Promote and maintain high standards of health, safety and environmental performance across all activities.
• Ensure procurement processes are followed and subcontractor performance is managed effectively.
• Chair progress and coordination meetings, ensuring clear communication of objectives and outcomes.
