Job summary

Sisk is seeking a Project Manager - RC & Facade to lead on-site delivery, ensuring quality, safety and financial performance of complex RC and facade projects across Ireland, the UK and Europe. You will coordinate engineering, design and construction teams, manage budgets and reporting, and uphold Sisk's HSEQS standards throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in project management within a Tier 1 construction or engineering environment.
• Knowledge of health, safety certification (e.g. Safe Pass, CSCS, SMSTS or equivalent).
• Strong leadership, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage and deliver projects in line with agreed programme, budget and specifications
• Lead multidisciplinary teams across engineering, commercial, design and construction functions
• Monitor progress, manage risks and implement corrective actions where required
• Ensure resources are effectively allocated and project milestones are achieved
• Maintain accurate reporting on progress, costs, quality and performance indicators

Education

Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture or a related discipline
