Qualifications
- 5+ years networking experience.
- Strong Palo Alto firewall experience.
- Experience with Aruba networking (switching/wireless).
- Strong routing & switching skills (OSPF, TCP/IP, VLANs).
- VPN technologies (IPSec, remote access).
- ITIL / managed services experience.
- Strong troubleshooting skills.
Responsibilities
- Act as senior escalation for network/security incidents
- Lead root cause analysis and resolution
- Manage Palo Alto firewalls (policy, NAT, VPNs)
- Support Aruba switching, controllers, and Wi‑Fi
- Support LAN/WAN/WLAN environments
- Perform changes, upgrades, and migrations
- Follow ITIL processes and maintain documentation
- Participate in on‑call rota and major incident response
