• Strong troubleshooting skills.

About This Role:

Eir Business is seeking a Senior Network Engineer to join our dedicated Managed Services team supporting a key enterprise customer. This is a senior technical role acting as an escalation point, responsible for resolving complex network and security incidents, optimising environments, and ensuring reliable service delivery. Experience with networking and security concepts is essential, with particular focus on Palo Alto, along with hands‑on exposure to technologies such as Aruba WLAN, Cisco LAN, WAN, WLAN and network security platforms. A proactive approach to continuous improvement and the ability to operate within ITIL‑based incident and change management processes are key to success in this role:
