Job summary

Hunter Savage is recruiting on behalf of a growing financial services client in Dublin City Centre for a Mortgage Advisor to guide clients through the mortgage process and develop within the organisation.

The successful candidate will build relationships, provide compliant mortgage advice, and progress applications from enquiry to completion while contributing to growth. Qualified or part-qualified applicants are welcomed with strong earning potential and uncapped bonuses.

Qualifications

• Qualified or part-qualified in a relevant financial services or mortgage qualification
• Strong client relationship and communication skills
• Good understanding of mortgage products and the application process
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to regulatory compliance

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
• Understand each client’s financial circumstances, requirements and long‑term objectives
• Provide suitable mortgage advice in line with regulatory and compliance standards
• Research and recommend appropriate mortgage products
• Manage mortgage applications from initial enquiry through to approval and completion
• Liaise with lenders, solicitors, estate agents and other relevant parties
• Maintain accurate client records and ensure all documentation is completed correctly
• Deliver a professional and responsive service throughout the mortgage process
• Work towards agreed lending, income and activity targets
• Develop referral opportunities and contribute to the growth of the mortgage business
