Job summary

Match Recruitment represents an established Dublin-based financial planning and mortgage advisory firm seeking an experienced Mortgage Advisor to manage a client bank from consultation through to drawdown.

You will provide tailored, compliant mortgage advice, build long-term relationships and liaise with lenders and solicitors to progress applications smoothly. A QFA qualification (or working towards it) and a proven mortgage sales track record are required.

• QFA qualification or working towards (required).
• Proven track record in mortgage sales or broking.
• Strong client relationships and communication skills.
• Ability to manage a pipeline independently.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of mortgage clients from first contact through to completion
• Provide clear, compliant advice on mortgage products tailored to each client's circumstances
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships, generating repeat and referral business
• Liaise with lenders, solicitors, and other stakeholders to progress applications smoothly
• Keep up to date with mortgage market developments, products, and regulatory requirements

Our client is an established financial planning and mortgage advisory firm based in Kimmage, Dublin. A growing, client-focused practice with a strong reputation for tailored financial and mortgage advice, they are now looking to add an experienced Mortgage Advisor to their team.

The Role As Mortgage Advisor, you will manage your own client bank from initial consultation through to drawdown, advising clients on mortgage products and building long-term relationships based on trust and quality service.
