U.S. Bank Europe DAC is seeking an experienced regulatory professional to oversee Client Asset Requirements (CAR) and MiFID compliance. You will lead governance, controls, and reporting, while providing authoritative interpretation and credible challenge to businesses and support functions.

You will serve as a senior subject-matter expert for MiFID activities, guiding regulatory change, risk assessments and governance across the organization in a complex financial services environment.

Qualificações

• Minimum 10 years’ experience in financial services.
• Managed compliance, risk or internal control teams.
• Diploma in Compliance (or similar) beneficial.

Responsabilidades

• Lead oversight of CAR compliance with governance, controls, reconciliation, record-keeping and regulatory reporting.
• Provide interpretation and guidance on CAR and related Client Asset Management.
• Act as senior SME for MiFID activities, advising on obligations and governance.
• Escalate material regulatory risks and support remediation activity.
• Contribute to regulatory engagements and governance papers regarding MiFID matters.
• Support governance committees in understanding client asset risks and changes.
