U.S. Bank seeks an EU Finance Functional Risk Manager to oversee regulatory risk across the finance portfolio. You will advise senior leaders, shape risk controls, and collaborate with multiple lines of defense to strengthen governance and risk management.

The role requires extensive knowledge of investment management, financial instruments, and regulatory trends, plus strong facilitation and communication skills. Hybrid schedule; in-office 3+ days/week. Visa sponsorship is not available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Six to ten years of applicable experience in financial services risk.
• Strong understanding of investment management practices and regulatory requirements.
• Knowledge of risk/compliance/audit competencies.

Responsabilités

• Serve as a trusted risk advisor to Finance leaders.
• Identify and address risks before they impact objectives.
• Present Finance updates at committee meetings.
• Collaborate with the Business Line and second/third lines of defense.
• Evaluate risks of strategic priorities and major programs.
• Design and improve control environments for Finance teams.
• Ensure compliance with Enterprise Risk Appetite and Policy.
• Lead RCA sessions for incidents and report losses.
• Support risk programs and lifecycle through to completion.
