U.S. Bank Europe DAC (USBE) seeks an experienced regulatory compliance leader to oversee CAR and MiFID compliance, guiding governance and risk management across the business.

You will provide expert interpretation, credible challenge, and advisory support to front and control functions, ensuring effective controls, reporting and regulatory engagement. Minimum 10 years in financial services, a Diploma in Compliance (or equivalent), and a track record leading compliance or internal-control teams

• CAR expertise and application to client assets
• MiFID II regulatory obligations and guidance
• Governance, risk assessment, control design, and remediation
• Interpret complex regulatory requirements and provide practical guidance
• Independent judgement and credible challenge in regulatory matters
• PCF/controlled function experience beneficial

Responsabilidades

• Lead oversight of CAR compliance, governance, controls, and reporting
• Provide authoritative interpretation of client asset regulations and expectations
• Identify, assess, escalate, and remediate client asset risks and issues
• Challenge design and effectiveness of CAMP and related governance
• Support governance committees and senior management on client asset risks
• Provide SME input on MiFID activities, obligations and regulatory changes
