Job summary

The Panel is seeking an experienced Head of Client Asset Oversight to lead the independent oversight of its client asset framework in Ireland. You will be the senior subject matter expert, aligning with Central Bank of Ireland requirements and driving governance across Operations, Risk and Compliance.

In this role you will own CAMP and related governance documentation, manage remediation of issues, and provide MI to the Board and senior management.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in client asset oversight within financial services.
• Strong knowledge of Client Asset Requirements and Irish regulatory expectations.
• Experience in a senior oversight or control role within a regulated entity.
• Experience updating CAMP or similar client asset governance document.
• Credibility with regulators, senior executives and control functions.
• Proven track record managing complex issues, investigations and remediation.
• Prior PCF/SMF or other senior regulated role is an advantage.
• Experience in custody or brokerage businesses is an advantage.

Our client, a leading global financial services group, is seeking an experienced Head of Client Asset Oversight to lead the independent oversight of its client asset framework in Ireland. This is a senior leadership role and a pre-approval controlled function (PCF-45). You will be the key subject matter expert on client asset safeguarding, working closely with Operations, Risk, Compliance, Legal and the business.
