Job summary

State Street Corporation seeks an MS Office 365 Security and Compliance SME to lead the security and compliance program for O365-based collaboration tools. You will design, document, and oversee resilient solutions while coordinating with architects and engineers.

You will modernize the security posture, drive cloud-ready product solutions, and collaborate with cyber security teams to reduce risk and ensure regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Must have strong knowledge of Office 365 products and related security controls.
• Experience with Purview and Smarsh is highly valued.
• Knowledge of data retention policies and conditional access is essential.

Responsibilities

• Develop solutions meeting business/technical requirements for O365 platforms.
• Lead security and compliance program for the tools; drive cloud-ready designs.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations and change management teams to implement designs.
• Prepare for internal audits and maintain solution documentation.
• Create remediation plans based on findings and drive automation for repeatable tasks.
