State Street is seeking a Microsoft 365 Security & Compliance Specialist to lead design and resiliency of Office 365 security and compliance programs. You will work with engineering and change management to implement secure, compliant solutions and modernize posture across the Microsoft 365 suite.

The role requires deep expertise in O365 products, Purview, Defender, PowerShell, and scripting, with a focus on governance, audits, and automation.

Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of Office 365 security and compliance
• Experience with Purview, Smarsh, and Enterprise Vault
• Proficiency with Defender, Exchange, and related Microsoft security tools
• Scripting skills in PowerShell, Python, and Power Automate
• Ability to design, document, and implement secure cloud solutions

Responsabilités

• Lead design, solutioning, and resiliency of O365 Security & Compliance.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, and change management teams.
• Modernize the security and compliance posture of the Microsoft 365 suite.
• Develop cloud-ready product solutions and roadmaps.
• Document solutions and drive audit-readiness across processes.
• Automate repeatable tasks and streamline workflows in ServiceNow and SailPoint.
• Assist in long-term strategy and environment roadmaps.
• Provide L5 support during major incidents.
