Job summary

Presidio is seeking a highly skilled Senior Microsoft 365 Consultant to lead consultancy, deployment, configuration, and support of Microsoft 365 solutions for Presidio customers. The role requires strong technical expertise, problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to work across cross-functional teams.

You will drive greenfield or brownfield deployments, configure 365 workloads (Entra ID, Defender, Purview, Copilot) and plan migrations, delivering high/low level designs and documentation

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Proven 5 years experience as a Microsoft 365 Consultant or similar role covering multiple products.
• Proficiency in configuring and deploying Microsoft 365 in large environments.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 including Entra, Purview, Defender, Copilot, and IT security protocols.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Experience in customer-facing IT roles and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation phases with junior engineers or self-sufficient teams.
• Deploy and configure Microsoft 365 workloads including Entra ID, Defender, Purview, and Copilot.
• Design and deliver high-level and low-level customer-facing designs from templates.
• Run technical design workshops with customers and support pre-sales on occasions.
• Deliver hybrid and tenant-to-tenant migrations and ensure knowledge transfer.
