Job summary

State Street is seeking an M365 Exchange & Security Administrator to join the Collaboration Services team in Ireland. You will manage Exchange Online, hybrid and on‑premises environments, implement Defender for Office 365, and ensure robust email security across the organisation.

You’ll collaborate with architects, engineers and controls partners to modernise mail flow, strengthen resilience and provide expert support for business and technical users of these services.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Exchange Online and hybrid/on-premises Exchange experience.
• Experience with Defender for Office 365 and enterprise email security controls.
• Familiarity with Purview, identity and Microsoft 365 services.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support Exchange Online, Exchange hybrid and on-premises Exchange services, including mail flow and TLS.
• Administer and support Defender for Office 365 and third‑party email security services, including threat protection and quarantine controls.
• Provide advanced support for mail flow, message tracing, delivery failures, permissions and encryption.
• Support secure onboarding of applications to Exchange services, including connectors and APIs.
• Lead mailbox/public-folder migrations and modernisation of cloud mail flow.
• Monitor and improve email security, threat detection and operational resilience.
