Job summary

Presidio, Inc. is seeking a senior M365 consultant to lead consultancy, deployment, and support of Microsoft 365 solutions for Presidio customers. The role requires a strong technical background and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

You will configure 365 workloads, Entra ID, Defender, Purview, and Copilot, and be responsible for designing high/low level designs and conducting design workshops. Strong customer-facing and documentation skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT or related field.
• 5+ years as Microsoft 365 consultant or similar role.
• Proficiency configuring/deploying Microsoft 365 in large environments.
• Excellent problem solving and communication skills.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Entra, Purview, Defender; security concepts.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementations with junior engineers or independently.
• Configure/deploy Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Defender, Purview, Copilot.
• Design and deliver Microsoft 365 workloads and cloud tech deployments.
• Gather requirements and produce high/low level designs.
• Create design documents and run Technical Design Workshops.
• Support Pre-Sales with technical SME input.
• Plan and execute 365 hybrid and tenant migrations.
• Produce tests and handover documentation.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams.
