Job summary
Sisk is seeking a Senior Building Services Manager to lead MEP delivery on large projects in Ireland, ensuring safe, high-quality outcomes from pre-construction through handover. You will mentor junior engineers and ensure robust safety and quality processes, aligning with Sisk’s systems and client expectations.
Qualifications
- Experience in managing large-scale, complex MEP projects.
- Understanding of the MEP supply chain and market dynamics.
- Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams to deliver safe, high-quality outcomes.
- Commercial and contractual awareness in MEP project management.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Commitment to health, safety, quality, sustainability and innovation.
- Organisational and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach.
Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and guidance in applying Building Services management systems.
- Oversee MEP delivery from pre-construction to handover.
- Coordinate tendering, procurement and awards of MEP packages.
- Manage temporary electrical requirements and energy sustainability assessments.
- Plan, coordinate and integrate MEP works into the project programme.
- Engage with utility providers and stakeholders to meet interfaces.
- Oversee drawings, builder’s work and inspection/testing plans.
- Mentor junior team members and promote knowledge sharing.
