Job summary

Sisk is seeking Mechanical Engineers to lead the Life Science MEP delivery in Limerick. The role combines site supervision, technical design contribution, BIM coordination and team leadership to ensure safe, on-time and high-quality installation of electrical and building services systems.

Key responsibilities include technical leadership, design approval, and mentoring of regional managers to build capability while liaising with clients and regulators on technical risks and opportunities.

Qualifications

Extensive experience in senior MEP or building services roles within complex construction projects.
Strong technical knowledge of mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems across design, installation and commissioning.
Proven ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Experience delivering integrated MEP solutions across large-scale or multi-site projects.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

Provide technical direction for all MEP engineering and building services activities within the sector.
Oversee design, installation, commissioning and handover of MEP systems across multiple projects.
Ensure integration of MEP services with other disciplines including structural, architectural and civil works.
Review and approve key technical documentation, design submissions and specifications for compliance with contractual and statutory requirements.
Mentor and support regional managers and senior technical staff to build capability within the MEP function.
