Job summary

John Sisk & Son Ltd is seeking a Senior Building Services Manager to lead the delivery and integration of Mechanical, Electrical and Public Health systems on large-scale projects in Ireland. You will guide multidisciplinary teams, coordinate with stakeholders and ensure safe, high-quality handovers in line with design and sustainability goals.

The role demands strong leadership, technical MEP expertise and a commitment to health, safety, quality and innovation across the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level or higher degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Building Services Engineering.
• Membership of a recognised professional institution.
• Health & Safety management training (e.g., IOSH).
• Training or experience in project planning and management.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction in applying Building Services management systems.
• Support delivery of Building Services strategy across safety, quality, sustainability, people and partnerships.
• Oversee MEP delivery from pre-construction to commissioning and handover.
• Guide tendering, procurement and award of MEP packages.
• Coordinate and integrate MEP works into the project programme.
• Engage with utility providers and stakeholders early to meet interfaces.
• Oversee drawing production, reviews and builder’s work approvals.
• Implement inspection, testing, commissioning and handover plans.
• Mentor and develop junior team members and promote knowledge sharing.
