Job summary
Sisk Group is seeking an MEP Lead to drive technical and operational leadership of MEP and building services within a defined portfolio of projects in Limerick. This role supports delivery across multiple projects, mentoring senior MEP staff and ensuring safety, compliance and high-quality execution.
The MEP Lead will oversee design, installation, commissioning and handover, ensuring integration with other disciplines and alignment with group objectives.
Qualifications
- Degree or professional qualification in Mechanical, Electrical or Building Services Engineering.
- Professional membership with a recognised body (CIBSE, IET or equivalent) is desirable.
- Significant experience in MEP leadership and management within construction.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical direction and leadership for MEP engineering activities.
- Oversee design, installation, commissioning and handover of MEP systems.
- Ensure integration of MEP with structural, architectural and civil works.
- Review key technical documentation for contractual and statutory compliance.
- Monitor project performance, risk and compliance for MEP activities.
- Support Regional Building Services Managers and Senior Building Services Managers in delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Lead knowledge sharing and professional development across the MEP team.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors and regulators to ensure technical requirements are met.
- Provide strategic advice on technical risks, opportunities and MEP solutions.
