Job summary

Sisk Group is seeking a Mechanical Lead to drive the delivery of complex mechanical systems on large projects in Ireland. You will provide technical and managerial leadership, ensuring HVAC, utilities and process installations meet programme, budget and regulatory standards.

You will lead engineers and subcontractors, manage risk and drive safety, quality and continuous improvement across the mechanical scope. Experience in regulated sectors is desirable.

Qualifications

• Essential: degree in mechanical/building services engineering or equivalent.
• Experience leading mechanical delivery on large Tier 1 or equivalent projects.
• CSCS or safety training and valid Safe Pass are required.
• Strong leadership, planning and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the mechanical function including HVAC, utilities and process installations.
• Ensure delivery aligns with programme, cost, safety and quality targets.
• Provide technical leadership to engineers, supervisors and subcontractors.
• Coordinate with electrical, process, civil and architectural teams.
• Oversee commissioning, validation and system turnover activities.
