Job summary

The Sisk Group is seeking a Mechanical Lead for a Europe role based in Dublin. The role reports to the MEP Lead and works with the Project Director and Engineering Management Team to deliver mechanical systems on large-scale projects in line with schedule, budget and regulatory requirements.

You will provide technical and managerial leadership across HVAC, utilities, process piping and specialist systems, ensuring design, installation, testing and commissioning meet client expectations and

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical/Building Services Engineering or equivalent.
• Experience leading mechanical delivery on large, complex projects.
• Knowledge of health, safety and environmental standards in construction and engineering.

Responsibilities

• Lead the mechanical function and oversee delivery of all systems (HVAC, utilities, process piping, specialist systems).
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to engineers, supervisors and subcontractors.
• Review design documents, submittals and material selections for compliance.
• Ensure alignment with programme, cost, safety and quality requirements.
• Coordinate with electrical, civil and architectural teams for project integration.
