Job summary

Qualifications

• 3rd level qualification in Quantity Surveying or related field.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry.
• Strong commercial awareness.
• Knowledge of HVAC and Piping Systems.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office for detailed monthly reports.
• Positive attitude with learning mindset, energetic, accountable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full cost management and procurement for projects.
• Ensure contractual requirements are met and guide construction team.
• Identify commercial risks and report to management.
• Review monthly progress, remeasurements, variations, and claims.
• Manage subcontractor accounts from award to final account.
• Forecast turnover and cash flow for projects.
• Oversee commercial aspects and reporting.
• Stay updated on HVAC and mechanical market trends.
