Job summary

The People Group is recruiting a Senior Marketing Executive for a leading Irish retailer in the premium home interiors market. This hybrid Dundalk-based role reports to the Managing Director and leads brand awareness, customer acquisition and lead generation.

You will drive digital campaigns across major platforms, monitor performance and manage budgets while collaborating with sales and external agencies to deliver measurable results.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of marketing experience, ideally in retail, consumer, interiors, home or lifestyle.
• Strong experience across digital and multi-channel campaigns.
• Commercially minded with a good understanding of lead generation.
• Comfortable using analytics to measure and improve performance.
• Able to manage agencies, budgets and multiple campaigns.

Responsibilities
