This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded marketing professional to take ownership of the organisation’s marketing and communications strategy and play a key role in supporting its continued growth.

The business operates across multiple brands and has a strong presence within the manufacturing, construction and sustainable materials sectors. With an established market position and an ambitious growth strategy, the successful candidate will have the opportunity to shape how the organisation communicates with customers, employees and wider industry stakeholders.

The Role

Reporting to the senior leadership team, the Marketing & Communications Manager will develop and deliver an integrated marketing and communications strategy aligned with the organisation’s commercial objectives and long-term growth plans.

The role will have a broad remit across brand, digital marketing, communications, content, PR, internal communications, employer brand and sustainability, working closely with Sales, Operations, HR and senior leadership.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing the overall marketing strategy in line with business objectives and growth plans.
  • Managing brand positioning and ensuring consistency of messaging and visual identity across multiple brands and channels.
  • Developing integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels to increase awareness, engagement and lead generation.
  • Managing digital channels including website, social media, email marketing and SEO/SEM.
  • Working closely with Sales to support lead generation, customer engagement, retention and business development.
  • Developing high-quality marketing content including campaigns, case studies, presentations, thought leadership, corporate communications and sales collateral.
  • Providing market, customer and competitor insights to support commercial decision-making.
  • Managing external agencies and suppliers and ensuring effective delivery of marketing activity.
  • Supporting product launches, events, exhibitions and industry engagement initiatives.
  • Developing and implementing a Group-wide internal communications strategy across multiple locations and business functions.
  • Supporting senior leaders with internal communications, presentations and key messaging.
  • Developing communications to support organisational change, business transformation and future growth initiatives.
  • Supporting employer branding, recruitment marketing and colleague engagement.
  • Managing PR and media activity and helping to strengthen the organisation’s external reputation.
  • Supporting the organisation’s sustainability communications and positioning within the sustainable materials sector.
  • Monitoring market, regulatory and industry developments and ensuring marketing activity remains aligned with relevant requirements.
About You

The ideal candidate will be an experienced marketing professional with 5+ years’ experience in a broad marketing role, ideally gained within a B2B, manufacturing, construction, engineering, building materials or another related environment.

You will have a proven track record of developing and delivering marketing strategies and campaigns, alongside strong digital marketing, content creation and brand management experience.

You will be commercially minded and comfortable working closely with Sales and senior stakeholders, with the ability to demonstrate how marketing activity contributes to wider business objectives.

Experience of internal communications, employer branding, PR, stakeholder engagement and managing multiple brands or locations would be highly advantageous.

An understanding of sustainability, sustainable materials, construction or related sectors would also be beneficial, although candidates from other relevant B2B industries will be considered.

You will be a confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills, a strategic mindset and the ability to operate both strategically and hands‑on.

What's on Offer?

This is an excellent opportunity to join an established and growing organisation where marketing has an important role to play in supporting commercial growth, strengthening brand positioning and engaging both internal and external audiences.

The role can be based in Dublin or Cork, providing flexibility for the successful candidate.
