Responsibilities

• Analyse and report performance metrics from GA4, Hot-soft PMS and Loungeup CRM to Management.
• Manage and develop the company’s website, optimising for SEO and AI-driven search results.
• Undertake paid social and PPC advertising campaigns, managing Budgets and optimising performance.
• Prepare and execute CRM and email marketing campaigns.
• Manage marketing databases and ensure GDPR compliance.
• Identify opportunities to maximise revenue across all channels and product categories.
• Attend weekly and monthly sales performance meetings.
• Work closely with colleagues on cross-departmental initiatives.
• Support content creation and social media activities.
• Liaise with external agencies and suppliers to deliver business objectives.

This role is responsible for driving digital marketing performance, managing online campaigns, and supporting revenue growth through data-driven marketing activity. The successful candidate will work closely with various departments to enhance the company’s online presence and customer engagement.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Analyse and report performance metrics and data from platforms such as GA4, Hot-soft PMS and Loungeup CRM to Management.
• Manage and develop the company’s website, optimising for SEO and AI-driven search results.
• Undertake paid social and PPC advertising campaigns, managing budgets and optimising performance.
• Prepare and execute CRM and email marketing campaigns.
• Manage marketing databases and ensure GDPR compliance.
• Identify opportunities to maximise revenue across all channels and product categories.
• Attend weekly and monthly sales performance meetings.
• Work closely with colleagues on cross‑de­departmental initiatives.
• Support content creation and social media activities.
• Liaise with external agencies and suppliers to deliver business objectives.

The Ideal Candidate

• Marketing, Business, Data Science Degree or equivalent qualification.
• Strong analytical skills with experience using Google Analytics, Search Console and CRM platforms.
• Experience managing website content through WordPress, Yoast and/or SEMrush.
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills including Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Experience managing Google Ads and paid social campaigns, including Facebook Ad Manager.
• Knowledge of tracking and analytics tools such as Google Tag Manager.
• Experience using email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp and CRM systems.
• Strong understanding of budget management and digital marketing performance.
• Commercial awareness with a focus on identifying revenue opportunities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organisational, planning and time management abilities.
• Professional, proactive and positive approach to work.
• Experience with graphic design or video editing software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva or InShot is advantageous.
