Lever, Inc. is seeking a Senior Marketing Analyst based in Ireland to drive data-driven marketing optimization. You will shape budget logic across products, channels, and traffic sources, developing Early LTV models and AI-powered analytics to uncover performance opportunities.

The role combines advanced analytics, experimentation, and predictive modeling in a distributed international environment, enabling rapid, actionable business decisions.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience with A/B testing, experimentation, and statistical analysis.
• Strong SQL skills to work with large datasets and validate data quality.
• Solid understanding of statistics and experimentation methods.
• Knowledge of performance marketing economics and key metrics (LTV, CAC/CPA, ROI/ROAS).
• Ability to develop data-driven decision-making models and actionable recommendations.
• Proficiency with Google Sheets and/or Excel.
• Experience with BI tools such as Superset, Tableau, or Power BI.
• English proficiency at B2 level or above.
• Experience with Python for data analysis is a strong advantage.
• Experience with forecasting, budget allocation, and AI/LLM analytics is valued.

Responsibilities

• Design logic and models to allocate marketing budgets across products and traffic sources.
• Develop Early LTV metrics and models to support performance decisions and budget allocation.
• Build analytical frameworks for diagnostics, identifying drivers, opportunities, and anomalies.
• Contribute to AI-based analytics tools for performance analysis and root-cause detection.
• Support the unified BI layer through metric definitions and data validation.
• Translate findings into actionable business rules and recommendations.
