Job description

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Marketing Analyst based in Ireland.

This is a senior analytical role focused on improving marketing performance and enabling smarter, data-driven investment decisions. You will shape the logic behind marketing budget allocation across products, channels, and traffic sources. The role combines advanced analytics, experimentation, performance marketing economics, and predictive modeling. You will develop Early LTV models and analytical frameworks that help teams react quickly to performance changes. You will also contribute to AI-powered analytics initiatives designed to uncover root causes, opportunities, and anomalies. Working in a distributed international environment, you’ll have significant scope to turn complex data into practical business decisions.

Accountabilities
  • Design the high-level logic, rules, and models used to allocate marketing budgets across products and traffic sources, validate the approach, and prepare it for automation.
  • Develop and validate Early LTV metrics and models to support intra-week performance marketing decisions and dynamic budget allocation.
  • Build analytical frameworks and tools for performance diagnostics, identifying performance drivers, growth opportunities, and anomalies across products, channels, and campaigns.
  • Contribute to the development of an internal AI-based analytics tool focused on performance analysis, root-cause detection, and opportunity discovery.
  • Support the unified BI layer through metric definition, data validation, and selected analytical use cases.
  • Translate analytical findings into actionable business rules, recommendations, and decision-making models.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated experience with A/B testing, experimentation, and statistical analysis.
  • Strong SQL skills, with the ability to independently work with large datasets, develop complex analytical queries, and validate data quality.
  • Strong knowledge of mathematical statistics and experimentation, including the ability to design validation and backtesting methodologies and correctly interpret results.
  • Solid understanding of performance marketing economics and key metrics, including LTV, CAC/CPA, ROI/ROAS, conversion funnels, cohorts, and attribution.
  • Ability to develop decision-making models and communicate analytical findings through clear, practical recommendations.
  • Strong proficiency with Google Sheets and/or Excel.
  • Experience working with BI tools such as Superset, Tableau, or Power BI.
  • English proficiency at B2 level or above.
  • Experience with Python for data analysis and modeling is a strong advantage.
  • Experience with forecasting, optimization, budget allocation models, Early LTV/predictive LTV, or automated analytical products and AI/LLM-based analytics tools is highly valued.
Benefits:
  • Fully remote, full-time opportunity.
  • Initial pay level or salary range shared with candidates during the recruitment process and before employment begins.
  • 28 calendar days of vacation per year.
  • 7 wellness days per year that can be used for personal matters, recovery, or rest without taking sick leave.
  • Referral bonuses of up to $5,000 for successful candidate recommendations.
  • 50% reimbursement for professional training, international conferences, and professional meetings.
  • Corporate discounts for English lessons.
  • Health benefits, including reimbursement of up to $1,000 gross per year per employee where corporate medical insurance is not available. This can be used toward personal health insurance or eligible medical expenses for the employee and close relatives.
  • Workplace support, including equipment and workplace essentials in offices or coworking locations. Where applicable, reimbursement of up to $1,000 gross once every three years is available for coworking costs or home-office equipment such as a desk, chair, and internet.
  • An internal gamified recognition system where colleagues can award bonuses that can be exchanged for merchandise, team-building activities, massage certificates, and other rewards.
  • A remote-first environment with an international team working across different locations.
