Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Manager Source Quality Supply Base Optimization in Cork, Ireland, to lead a team of Supplier Quality Engineers and drive supplier transfers, consolidation, and exits across a global network. You will shape quality strategy, ensure regulatory compliance, and build organizational capability for ongoing supply continuity.

You will partner with Procurement, Network Optimization, Manufacturing, Engineering, and Quality Systems to deliver patient safety and product

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required in a related discipline.
• Minimum eight years of progressive experience in Quality, Supplier Quality, Engineering, Manufacturing, or related fields.
• Two+ years of direct people-management experience required.
• Experience leading complex supplier-related transfers and network optimization initiatives.
• Working knowledge of ISO 13485, EU MDR, and US QSR standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a global Supplier Quality Engineering team.
• Drive transfer quality plans, supplier qualification, and stabilization activities.
• Manage governance, metrics, and reporting for Source Quality projects.
• Ensure compliance with design and process change controls and purchasing controls.
• Represent quality in cross-functional governing forums and optimize the supply base.
